Lesley Suter is the ASME and James Beard Award-winning Interim Editorial Lead and Special Projects Editor at Eater, where she oversees ambitious editorial packages and other coordinated efforts across the network. She’s also the co-author of the cookbooks Bavel and Bestia, and has appeared on a number of television and radio programs, including multiple episodes of Top Chef Masters and Iron Chef America. Prior to her time at Eater she served as the Food Editor at Los Angeles magazine for nearly a decade. She is based in LA.
